They are filed between the thirty-fifth and the thirty-fourth day before polling day. Polling day is not fixed, so filing will fall between 11 October 2026 and 15 November 2027. Art. 20(1), d.P.R. 361/1957The lists of candidates in the multi-member districts and the names of the candidates in the single-member districts must be filed, for each constituency, with the registry of the Court of Appeal or of the Tribunal of the regional capital, from 8am on the thirty-fifth day to 8pm on the thirty-fourth day before polling day.
